Ochanomizu is famous for being the town with the largest number of musical instrument stores in Japan. About 50 stores are lined up on the main street at Ochanomizu Station and the surrounding area.
At the beginning of each year, the musical instruments shops always have an annual New Year’s sale. This is perfect if you like playing instruments or if you want to start learning a new instrument. Don’t miss this chance to look at the many shops to get a great deal!
