Finally, on March 6, 2022, the postponed and long-awaited “Tokyo Marathon 2021” will take place. We wish all participants all the best of luck!
If you are a marathon enthusiast (or if your New Year’s resolution is to start running), or if you just want to move your body after watching the Tokyo Marathon, why don’t you try out the most famous running spot in Tokyo?
“Kokyo Run”, or “Imperial Palace Run” is the most popular running course in Tokyo because there are no traffic lights around the Imperial Palace, allowing you to run non-stop. Also, with many runners stations nearby where you use lockers, change into your running gear or take a shower, starting to run is made easy for beginners.
The Imperial Palace Run has a lot of beautiful places where you can do some sightseeing, too. Some of the spots are shown in our video. Have fun running in Tokyo!!
