Everybody loves “Koppepan”

Koppepan buns are sold until 4 pm

At “COPAINS de 3331”, you have to try “koppepan” which is comparable to a hot dog bun or roll. Koppepan is a fluffy bread that students have for lunch at school. They have been part of Japanese school meals for over 100 years. At school, you would usually eat them with margarine or chocolate paste. However, “COPAINS de 3331” offers numerous fun varieties of the famous koppepan.

Popular choices are “Chicken Namban” and “Rum Raisin”. In addition, “Shrimp and Egg” and “Granola” as well as other creative options and seasonal menus are available.

By the way, the coffee at this café is great. If you can’t decide, get the fruity Cold Brew Coffee!

Unique art items make fantastic souvenirs

“3331 CUBE shop&gallery”

At “3331 CUBE shop&gallery”, you can buy goods made by artists recommended by 3331 Arts Chiyoda. Original bags, creative design T-shirts, stationery and accessories… well, I think I need everything!

Upper right: This Japanese chess (shogi) board “TAIMEI-KOMA” is designed in a unique way. Since no Chinese characters are used, it can be used by everyone who can’t read kanji.

The sanctuary of Toy Cameras

“Lomography +” is the only retail store in Japan of the famous toy camera company Lomography from Austria. Recently, the cute looking toy cameras that use film are very popular in Japan.

A square format instant camera caught my eye. It’s nice to actually hold the cameras in your hands and see them with your own eyes

In addition to your smartphone pictures, why don’t you take some “only one of a kind” toy camera photos during your Japan trip? They will be special memories, for sure!

3331 Arts Chiyoda is a unique facility where you can “feel” Japanese art and creativity in a nostalgic and comfortable space with all your senses. It’s worth a visit, so definitely stop by!
