Delicious Tokyo: The ultimate gastronomic experience at a Teppanyaki restaurant

The restaurant we visited is TOKYO KAIKAN KAI. At the restaurant, the chef will grill fresh seasonal vegetables and carefully selected Japanese black wagyu beef right in front of you on an iron griddle.

The chef even told us how he chooses the plates on which the dishes are served. Also, when searching for ingredients, he sometimes even visits the production area or talks directly with the farmers.

We had a course meal. The highlight of the course was – of course – the Japanese wagyu beef. We had the chance to enjoy a comparison of two types of Japanese black wagyu beef! As expected, the tender meat was delicious. It tasted delightful with just some salt and pepper, but also a feast with the restaurant’s homemade sauces!
